Frequently Asked Questions

Are my tickets valid if I purchased through a 3rd party site (Stubhub, Vividseats, Seatgeek, etc.)?

For the protection of our ticket buyers and event participants, third party selling of tickets will not be permitted for any Transparent Productions event pages. There has been an increase in fraudulent and unlawful scams around concert ticket sales online. To ensure everyone has an official ticket to the event through proper channels, we recommend you purchase your tickets through the official ticketing outlet for your event. Any purchases through 3rd parties or 3rd party ticketing sites are not guaranteed by Transparent Productions and limits your ability to receive up to date information for the event and any necessary assistance.

We will be following the local COVID guidelines at the time of the event. By purchasing a ticket, you are agreeing to follow any COVID-19 safety guidelines required at the time of the event, including, but not limited to, masks, negative covid test, social distancing, and temperature checks. Please consider that there is an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 or other infectious diseases in any place where people are present. We cannot ensure or be held liable that the premises are free from contagions. By voluntarily entering and being present at this event, you (and each person in your party) acknowledge and agree to accept complete and sole responsibility for the inherent risk of possible exposure. For events in arenas, theaters, and mainstream venues, COVID-19 protocols can often be found on the venue’s website. We recommend checking there for the most up to date information.

While we understand things come up, all purchases are non-refundable. Please refer to the buyer agreement located on our ticket links that was agreed to when purchasing.

From time to time, tickets are released after a show has sold out, however we cannot guarantee this. We suggest keeping an eye on the show’s ticket link or Facebook event page just in case!

Door times vary for our events. To find out the door times for your event, click on the tour, then the show date you are attending for more details. https://transparentproductions.com/tours/

There is an authorized ticket seller for each event and it will be linked directly from Transparent Productions’ and the artists’ website. Please make sure you purchase from these sites to ensure you are being sold authentic official tickets.

Thank you for being willing to serve! For most of our events, we rely on our host churches to help provide volunteers. For other shows, you can go to transparentproductions.com/volunteer and select “LEARN MORE” to fill out a volunteer form.

Please contact the venue for all ticketing policies related to children. If the venue does not have a policy in place, Transparent Productions allows any child 2 and under free attendance as long as they are sitting in the lap of a parent and do not obstruct the view of the person behind them.

If this is more than 48 hours before the show, please email tickets@transparentproductions.com and we will be happy to assist you in finding your tickets. Anytime after that, you can arrive at the show and we will be able to look up your name and order on site.

Ticket scanners are able to look up your tickets at the door with your confirmation number. However, if this is more than 48 hours before the show, you may also email tickets@transparentproductions.com and we will be happy to assist you in finding your tickets.

The ticket type you purchased should be listed on your ticket, however if it is not or you are not able to find it, please contact tickets@transparentproductions.com for assistance.

We would love to partner with you and bring shows to your community! Please email us at info@transparentproductions.com for more information.

Most of our events are General Admission, first come, first served. However, some shows are reserved seating. Your best bet would be to check your tickets. If you’d like clarification, please email tickets@transparentproductions.com and we’ll be happy to assist.

Early Entry tickets typically allow for early entrance into the venue (after VIP) to get access to seating before General Admission ticket holders are given access.

Each VIP ticket has a different list of perks that it comes with depending on the artist and tour. Please reference the ticket link or Transparent Productions event page for specific info on that tour’s VIP offering. VIP ticket holders usually need to arrive early to receive these benefits. Please refer to the proper door time for VIP ticket holders at the events ticket link.

General Admission tickets are first come, first serve seating. Doors for General Admission will open after VIP and Early Entry door times. Please reference the ticket link for more detailed information.

Many tours and events do offer a group rate discount for groups. Each tour’s pricing and group number is different so please reference the ticket link or Transparent Productions event page for specific info on that tour’s Group offering. Please note, Group tickets can and often do sell out early for events.

Some shows will have concessions, but not all. We recommend planning to eat before arriving at the venue just in case. If the event is at an arena, then concessions will almost always be available. Please check with the venue for more details.

We offer text and email updates for upcoming shows on our website: https://transparentproductions.com/. You can also follow us on Instagram and Facebook @transparentproductions or Twitter @tpconcerts for updates.

All Meet & Greet requests need to be directed to the artist or artist representatives. Transparent Productions does not have the authority to authorize any special Meet & Greet with artists.

Most events and tours are pre-packaged by artists, managers, and their booking agents, therefore Transparent Productions does not have the authority to add any artists to events/shows. Please direct all requests directly to them.

Although there are so many amazing non-profit organizations out there, we are not able to donate to all of them. Occasionally tickets will open up for donation, if you’d like to be considered for this for an upcoming show, email tickets@transparentproductions.com and we’ll add you to the list and contact you should any tickets open up.

Please contact info@transparentproductions.com for any sponsorship inquiries.

Transparent Productions partners with ticketing agencies to make tickets available for our events. We do not often have control over the amount of fees that are charged to the ticket buyers. We make every effort to keep ticket prices affordable with rising costs.

Email tickets@transparentproductions.com for help with ADA seating.
