25 years ago, Southern California indie rock band, The Prayer Chain, released their album “Shawl.” The album was a dramatic departure from their previous work, which was immediately clear with the opening track “Crawl” declaring ‘Shine is dead.’ Over the next two years after the album’s release, the band played hundreds of live concerts around the world where songs like “Never Enough,” “Fifty-Eight,” “Dig Dug” and “Crawl” became anthemic fan favorites.
